In 1977, Vincent B. Spiezio Jr., son of first-generation Italian American welder Vincent B. Spiezio Sr., followed in his father’s footsteps and founded a piping company called Mid-Atlantic Mechanical.

For over four decades, this family-owned and operated business has thrived under three generations of Spiezio leadership, growing from a small trade company to a robust, modern mechanical contracting firm.
As Mid-Atlantic Mechanical expanded, so did the need for a dedicated service department. In 2015, the company launched Mid-Atlantic Service 360°, a managed-for-you commercial services group that provides premium tailored maintenance solutions for businesses of all sizes across the Northeast, from mom-and-pop warehouses to the country’s largest financial firms.
At our family-run business, we strive to make everyone we work with feel like family, and it shows in the number of customers and employees who have stayed with us for years, even decades.

At Service 360° the safety of our employees and our clients is a top priority, and it shows. We have achieved MCA and insurance industry excellence awards, as well as an “A” rating from ISNetWorld.
We strictly adhere to the safety guidelines set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) under the U.S. Department of Labor to reduce workplace accidents, illness, and fatalities. We also have a Corporate Health & Safety Policy and Procedures Manual prepared and maintained by our third-party safety consultant, HazTek.
All of our employees routinely participate in training programs to further their education and expand their knowledge and understanding of safety procedures as well as new technologies, codes, regulations and processes.
